• Planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time.

• Preparing progress weekly and monthly report regarding to design works and technical office works.
• Reviewing the technical and commercial offer submitted by the contractors during the tender phase.
• Managed all aspects of project processes.
• Coordination between all MEP trades.

• Preparing technical specifications, bill of quantities (BOQ) and tender documents and drawings.
• Preparation of preliminary cost estimate, and detailed estimation after finalizing project design.
• Preparing all technical office works such as shop drawings, composite drawings, material submittals and detailed calculation for the project.
• Coordination with other disciplines to meet the client requirements according to approved codes and standards.
• Preparing value engineering studies based on client’s budget constraints.
• Oversee for all installation and construction works in site.
• Review and approve all invoices and variation order (VO) submitted by the contractors.
• In addition preparation and review for the following documents and drawings during studying the project:
- Load list and Single Line Diagram (SLD).
- Design for low voltage and medium voltage panels
- Design of internal and external lighting system with DiaLux software.
- Design of power system.
- Load flow and short circuit study using ETAP software.
- Review the selectivity study for all incoming/outgoing in SLD.
- Calculations related to transformer sizing, generator sizing and UPS sizing.
- Design of local control panel
- MV/LV Cables calculations.
- Design of electrical rooms and builder works needed
- Cable routing layout including all civil work needed (trenches, manholes and duct bank).
- Design of fire alarm system with all aspects for interfacing with firefighting system
- Design of Light Current Systems.
- Earthing and lightning System.
- Provide project specifications for electrical and light current items referring to standards and local codes.
- FAT Test for transformers, generators, cables, MCC, Switchgears…etc.

responsible for:
• Review of Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents, understanding, analyzing and accurately assessing all ITT requirements.
• Involvement in the development of the proposals strategy for the tender.
• Co-ordination, preparation and compilation of complete compliant and professional proposal documentation for both technical and commercial for submission to clients in line with client bid documents and tender deadlines.
• Management of the estimating process and oversee on juniors estimators involved in the preparation of base cost estimates, to ensure accuracy, professionalism and timely completion.
• Liaison with internal departments to ensure that all relevant input received is compliant with ITT requirements.
• Preparation and issue to client of appropriate and concise commercial and technical requests for clarification to client during the tender period.
• Assisting in the preparation and compilation of contract documents, prior to signature, ensuring that all contract documentation is in line with all previously agreed tender negotiations.
• Receiving and understanding post-contract feedback obtained from executed projects for use in future bid efforts.
• Reviewing all contractual documents related to the tender and negotiate with the client about any unsuitable clauses.
• Complying with Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures and compliance with all audits and inspections.
• Carrying out Value engineering (VE) studies Based on Clients budget constraints.
• Follow up and Receive Quotations from Various Suppliers and Evaluate the supplier Quotation Compared with The Project Requirements (Best Pricing and Technically accepted Materials According to Specifications).
• Review Sub-Contractors Financial and Technical Offers and Comprise between them.
• Break down and estimate the cost related to a project including materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, indirect cost, taxes, insurance, markup and any additional cost that may affect the project.
• Negotiation with different suppliers to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
• In depth knowledge of LV distribution schemes and MV distribution schemes, elements and design aspects.
• Quantity survey if needed.
• Providing technical support and advice with a view to developing efficient Study for the Projects.
• Sending enquiries and obtaining prices, analyze prices, prepare material and labor cost estimation and bid price.
• Conducting negotiations, Identification of cost or pricing data submitted during the negotiations and relied upon in reaching a settlement.
