Working as Technical Design Authority & Senior Project Manager on the prestigious project for the RAK Police.
Currently heading the Abu Dhabi team as Senior Operations Manager
- Implementing onshore and offshore projects plans within preset budgets & deadlines; performing site related tasks including the design & specification for Airport project and DP world project
- Designing and implementing stringent systems and quality plans/manuals to ensure high-quality standards during all the stages of the project
- Engaged in developing project baselines; monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time and cost overruns probabilities and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects
- Planning effective manpower deployment & works scheduling of qualified workforce; preparing projections and schedules for manpower, material and equipment requirements
Responsible to successfully deliver the prestigious project scope in Colombo, Srilanka within time and cost, while maintaining the quality and having satisfied key stakeholders. Team Management, Vendor and Client Management is important aspects of my role. As a Manager Projects, will have overall responsibility for the successful completion of project and for commercial discussion with client for any scope change.
Besides successful project management, I am playing the role of Operational Head of the Srilankan Project Office.

Spearheading the entire technical division functions including Project Implementation, Technical Engineering, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Training; Techno-Commercial Operations with a team of project engineers, sales engineers and sales support engineers.

Joined as Engineer Trainee from Aug’97; promoted as Assistant Engineer from Feb’98 and then promoted as Installation Engineer from Jul’99.
