- Calling all the volunteers who participated in the events and make sure they will attend the training before the event.
- Writing volunteers names in English.
- Making schedule for the volunteers in the system.
- Writing codes for different sports.
- Establish report with different constituents including students, alumni, administrator and staff.
- Collecting and organizing art work for different events.
- Spell check of senior students book that was prepared for the senior exhibition
- Organize meetings.
Looked at different projects such as restaurants, villas and beauty salon
projects.
- Preview site plans to check if it matches Abu Dhabi Municipality laws or
not.
- Ensure that projects matches with the requirements of people with
special needs.
- Ensure from the availability of human safety in the site plan, such as fire
exits.
