• Having strong technical ability with End user management including Desktop, Laptop, Macintosh Machines and Peripherals equipment like printers, scanners…etc.,
Desktop & Networking & CCTV:
• Having experiences in CCTV surveillance cameras installation & troubleshooting.
• Having experience with Security surveillance (CCTV / Access Control / Biometrics) solutions.

• Having experiences in OS migrating and installation Microsoft Windows client software’s and Ghosting software’s.
• Experiences in functional and technical support, Installation and troubleshooting for Desktop, Servers, Laptop, LAN and Remote systems.
• Configure and Troubleshoot Email in Microsoft Outlook.
• IT support calls into the IT Management system HELPDESK and fix over the phone or remotely if possible.
• Installation and troubleshooting 2003 & 2008 Storage Server.(3GenIntelliNAS, Mach data, iomega and Sonnet)
• Installation and troubleshooting SQL server 2012.
• Raid configuration and troubleshooting.
• Drobo robotic Data Storage Device NAS & SAS Installation, configuration & troubleshooting.
• Experience with storage software for backup & replication, and virtualization software's.
• Creating new channels for our existing and new products.
• Explaining about our products and convincing the customers and giving expert technical advice to customers regarding products.
Healthcare Technical Support:
• Rimage, Premira, Codonics & Epson robotic CD publisher Installation, configuration & troubleshooting.
• Radspa PACS Installation, configuration & troubleshooting.
• Experience with Philips pacs, Agfa Pacs, Care Stream Pacs and Seimense Pacs.
• Experienced with Fujifilm Synapse, Perennity and Ashva dicom archiving software's. Installation, configuration & troubleshooting.
• Creating new channels for our existing and new products.
• Explaining about our products and convincing the customers and giving expert technical advice to customers regarding products.
• Highlighting special promotions to resellers.
• Daily tracking and reporting to the sales manager.
• Handling customer’s complaints in a professional and diplomatic way.
• Wacom intuos tablets Installation & troubleshooting.
• Handling FRU stock and Defective units inventory reports & RMA Cases.
