Roles and responsibilities:
Worked 4 years with client and construction teams to resolve field issues in a timely manner.

Performing plant piping MOC (management of change) / Revamp for operational / safety improvement, piping failure investigation, involve in incident investigation
and Man-hour estimation.

Participate in meetings/discussions with vendors, field construction, MOC owner and contractors regarding issues.

Interface with other disciplines (Reliability / Maintenance / Operations / Construction / HSE) to resolve piping integrity issues (Leakage, Vibration etc.) for continuous running plant, minimizing production loss.
Interface with process, civil, electrical, Instrument control and mechanical engineer conducting design issues, communicated with other disciplines to design a proper drawing.

Experience in identifying the Tie-in location, preparing the piping design packages which includes Mark-up P & ID’s, modification and demolition drawings, Tie-in list for the MOC (management of change) jobs.

Participated in field work including tie-ins, isometrics, and as-built.
