Job Responsibilities:
➢ Worked as a Mechanical estimator for full mechanical services (HVAC, Plumbing, and
firefighting) complying with relevant Tender documents.
➢ Preparing detailed BOQs (Bill of quantities) of mechanical and Electrical services
➢ Providing Value engineering-based Cost savings.
➢ Visiting site/Attending pre-bid meetings.
➢ Quantity Take off of Ducting, Piping, Insulation & Valves, etc... of full mechanical
services.
➢ Calculating the Duct sizes using equal friction loss method/Velocity reduction method
➢ I can provide all technical details of electrical services (Such as Transformers/LV panels/
Generators capacities, Bus bar lengths, Structure cabling/SMATV outlet points,
Intercom points, CCTVs quantities, Access control, RMS points etc..)
➢ Sending RFIs if required to concern main contractors for any queries.
➢ Technical clarifications/queries with respect to the enquiries and quotations with the
Suppliers, Contractors.
➢ Preparing Man hour analysis for various activities.
➢ Worked as a site MEP quantity surveyor, Handles project variation/cost savings,
monthly progress invoices and coordinating with Main Contractor, Consultant QS.
➢ Preparing cost variations along with break down, material quantity of all mechanical
services between tender drawings to IFC drawings
➢ Worked as mechanical engineer handled all site execution activities-Follow up of
Material submittal approval, Installation, Testing & commissioning and required
material coordinating with office procurement etc..
➢ Coordinating with Project and site engineers and get the work done as per site
requirement/shop drawings /Coordination drawings
➢ In-depth knowledge of HVAC & Plumbing design principles and engineering
specification
