Main duties: Duties and Responsibilities: conjunction with the organization's IT support vendor, oversees and supports all devices on the organization's network, including: Servers, Desktop workstations, Switches, network attached storage, and other appliances as needed.
•Maintains Network performance by Performing Network Monitoring and Analysis, troubleshooting Network Problems and Escalating the Problem to Vendor.
•Administer and Support overall IT Operation, Security and Performance of IT Network Infrastructure.
•Provide advanced technical analyses of network infrastructure challenges and problems.
•Provide and Implement Technical Solution in Troubleshooting and restoring issues concerning the Network's Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP, File Server, and Print Servers.
•Set up and ensure reliable Internet connectivity.
•Set up, implement, and maintain the Cisco Switches/Routers.
•Implement and document disaster recovery plan and offsite storage of backed up data.
•Configures and manages Users, Groups and Permissions.
•Manage IT staff/support vendors and develop daily/weekly plan of project execution and support needs.
•Repetitive audit of network security and communication redundancy and performance.
•Act as Tier 2 and 3 Support Professional for helpdesk team.
