Responsibilities:
•Deals with the Client/Consultant for effective coordination and execution of site activities.
•To work out manpower, materials, machines and other resources required to achieve target dates.
•Site logistics planning and setting out of site infrastructures and action plan for site mobilization in coordination with management.
•Assisting in preparations of construction Schedule, cash flow and budgeted cost for the project.
•To ensure availability of copies of specification, work procedure, work instruction and PQP at pertaining location of site. Ensure strict compliance of PQP.
•Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
•Managed site instructions, daily dairy, record sheets and other forms of site reporting.
•Enforce quality procedures for all temporary and permanent construction and installation activities.
•Identify and implement safety, productivity and efficiency improvement initiatives.
•Deliver short-term plans and performances requirements, holding weekly progress meetings.
•Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables.
•Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
•Supervise construction work in accordance with the approved drawings, specification, standards and schedule.
•Communicate with the Client's representatives regarding project progress and areas of concern.
•Attends weekly and monthly progress meetings with consultants.
•Coordination with Engineers, supervisors as well as sub-contractors and other stakeholders throughout the execution of the project works.
•Ensure the closure of project is systematic and complete in all aspects.
•Provide guidance and technical advice to the Construction Engineers, contractors and monitor their performance.
•Coordinates and monitors interfaces with other contractors, lead the review meetings.
Bachelor of Engineering in Civil
