1. Planning and execution of all related site activities and making a plan to achieve the deadlines.
2. Calculating Quantities in order to check to BOQ
3. Following all kind of work activities and supporting supervisors in technical and executional problems
4. Arranging daily meetings with the supervisors to guarantee that the work is going as per the scheduled plan and discuss the challenges that face them and how to solve it.
5. Implementation of high quality finishing standards
6. Calculate the man power, material, machinery needed to achieve the plan as per site rates
7. Assuring safety implementation in coordination with safety officers and company's codes
8. Control over manpower and equipment
9. Coordination with site staff
10. Coordination with related sub-contractors and site activities
11. Coordination with procurement team
12. . Coordination with planning engineer / monitoring construction program and progress of work
13. Following up with the MEP department officially and personally to push the work progress at the site
14. Coordination with technical department / shop drawings
15. Following with all kinds of subcontractors as per the contract agreement
16. Coordinating and reporting to the senior construction manager and the project manager
17. Coordination with consultant engineers, assuring good relations with them
18. Preparation of daily reports and inspection requests
1. Setting out, levelling and surveying the site;
2. Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
3. Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
4. Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant;
5. Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect;
6. Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
7. Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;
8. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors;
9. Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
10. Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site;
11. Preparing reports as required;
12. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
1. Supervises construction staff, such as inspectors, engineers, project administrators and sub-contractors.
2. Provide technical advice regarding the design and construction of building structures to industrial and managerial staff, and estimates quantities and cost of materials needed in projects.
3. Constantly aware of all continuing operations on the site by means of regular site visits, inspections etc.
4. Follow up mobilization and DE-mobilization arrangements at site.
