• Responsible for the definition and delivery of the company’s customer services strategy to ensure an exceptional level of service is experience at all time
• Leading, coaching and motivating the Customer Support team, ensuring understanding of the company vision and values, maximum teamwork and co-operation with all areas and divisions of the company and the highest levels of service provision
• Ensuring operational excellence, process effectiveness and to drive the right business behaviors and results
• Ensuring that company policies are implemented consistently and that fairness, reasonable standards in the treatment of people, equal opportunities and work life balance are maintained to create a positive work environment and minimize risk of action taken against the company.
• Providing regular reports to the CEO and senior management team relating to departmental performance statistics against standards to determine and improve the level of customer service provided by the organization to our customers
• Responsible for ensuring that any customer complaints or any crises are dealt with promptly and efficiently and that management colleagues are kept informed in a timely manner
• Responsible for the effective management of the departmental budget and delivery of departmental performance standards without compromising on service or quality, to ensure the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision
• Responsible for the overall provision of professional and effective services to all customers, to meet or exceed customer expectations, particularly in terms of quality and timeliness, in line with departmental standards, procedures
• Supervising all the activities related accounts and operations department
• Reconciling Customer Accounts and banks accounts
• Reviewing all the Fixed deposits and the banks accounts and facilities
• Handling Ledger, P/L Accounts, and Balance sheets Accounts.
• Checking daily settlements with the Abu Dhabi and Dubai Financial Markets
• Adjusting the markets settlement Cap according to the Trading requirements
• Responding to markets and SCA queries and correspondence
• Reviewing all the stocks transferred to customers accounts
• Checking Customers daily trades with the Markets Reports.
• Supervising many other miscellaneous activities related to accounts department like handling Receivables and payables and others.
• Supervising all the activities related Customer service Dept.
• Reviewing and authorizing all the payments to customers & suppliers.
• Checking new files of the clients.
• Being an Islamic company, My duty is to ensure that all shares allowed to be traded with Aljazeera Financial Services are compliant with ALShariah according to the list sent quarterly by the Fatwa and ALShariah Supervisory Board
• Representing the company in all meetings with SCA and Financial Markets
HANDLING THE TEAM OF BROKERS WHO ARE WORKING IN THE MAIN OFFICE, DUBAI FINANCIAL MARKET BRANCH AND ABU DHABI STOCKS EXCHANGE BRANCH,
REVIEWING FINANCIAL REPORTS, AND HANDLING ALL THE DAILY WORK AND SENDING DAILY AND WEEKLY REPORTS TO THE MANAGEMENT
Working as a financial broker in both Abu Dhabi security exchange market and Dubai financial market after passing the regulated exams monitored by the Securities and Commodities Authority ( United Arab Emirates)
