- Interior Design for New & Running Projects. Oversee design Progress against schedule & Budget.
- Review, negotiate and recommend for approval/disapproval on design change orders. Administer design subcontract including processing monthly invoices for payment. Coordinate and monitor status of design incentive/disincentive programs complying with provisions of design subcontract.
- Perform constructive reviews conforming design to prime contract requirements and proposal commitments.
- Coordinate and control design submittals for owner’s review and approval. Facilitate resolving design issues with owner.
- Head and manage procurement of selected materials. Oversee and maintain cleanliness in organization campus and sample library.
- Support preparation of completed aircraft for interior photography sessions using props.
- Assist designer on special research and technical projects.
- Manage entirely materials and data to help establish and maintain e ective communication and information systems within unit.
- Perform receptionist role to maintain appointment agenda and inform commitments to team members.
- Provide assistance in sample boards and shop boards preparation for presentation and release to shops.

- Designs interior spaces, including permanent architectural details and temporary elements. Assesses and meets client requirements and desires
through regular meetings and conferences .
- Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and handdrawing skills. Creates idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients.
- Selects design strategies and colour palettes to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing environments
- Enhances and improves interior spaces' functionality by modifying architectural elements and arranging furnishings, artwork, and decor .
- Creates project budgets, including materials and labour. Establishes project timelines and coordinates work activity, vendor involvement, and outside contractors as necessary.
- Negotiates pricing for materials and labour. Maintains relationships with vendors and outside contractors, and hires out work as necessary
- Participates in regular networking opportunities and actively develops a client base. Performs research and maintains a working knowledge of trends and new developments in the interior design and architecture worlds
- Adheres to national and local building and safety codes with every design element.
- Reads and interprets blueprints.
- Works closely with various colleagues, including architects, artists, contractors, painters, upholsterers, and building inspectors .

- Managing the Site to undertake Execution of Proposed Approved Interior Design Drawings received from the Design Department.
- Overseeing the Works, Undertaking surveys & Setting out sites and organising facilities.
- Checking technical designs and detailed drawings to ensure that Executions are followed Correctly as per the Approved Drawings.
- Supervising of Contracted staff to Ensure the Quality of Materials & Craftsmanship is maintained in Execution.
- Ensuring Projects meet agreed specifications from the Design Department, budgets & Timescales.
- Liaising with Customers, Subcontractors and other professional staff, especially Quantity Surveyors and Project Manager .
- Provide technical advice, Trouble Shooting in Site, preparing Site reports & Filing of Necessary Documents for future referances.
- Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials .
- Ensuring that health, safety and Sustainability Policies and legislation are adhered to .
