2007 - Present - Inbound Department Supervisor

- Work on developing and upgrading the website for Thomas Cook;
- Introduce new programmes and ideas to be included on the website;
- Operate and correspond with clients to deliver the services with quality standards;
- Supervise and direct junior staff;
- Attend international travel trade fairs (the Fitur Spain and EIBTM in Spain);
- Work as a liaison between the director and the staff in several programmes that I handle like: accountability and processing engineering.
