- Train students to improve and enhance their listening and speaking skills through applying different communication activities.
- Plan the lessons according to Common Core International Standards. The lesson plan shows how to meet the curriculum objectives.
- Deliver lessons and facilitate a class discussion among students to strengthen their communication and debating skills.
- Ensure lesson plan objectives comply with international standards
- Connecting with students using compassion and interpersonal skills.
- Use smartboard to display slideshows and enhance lessons with multimedia.
- Teaching in an interactive learning environment to promote differentiated instructions and activities according to the individual needs of the learners.
- Follow the flipped classroom model and have student-based classrooms in which students take the lead in the learning process.
- Apply different forms of formative and summative assessments to help the teacher assess the students’ achievement and performance in order to modify and change the methods of teaching and learning accordingly.
- Change the unit plans according to the results of the assessments.
- Participate in department staff meetings on weekly basis, usually under the leadership of the head of the department. Collaborate on teaching strategies and curriculum endorsement.
- Being an active member in the central domain of expertise: developing and renewing the school’s curriculum and assessing its quality and effectiveness to the highest of professional standards.
- Being an a co-chair and an active member in different committees (administrative- teaching and learning- curriculum) to get and maintain a CIS Membership to become a CIS Accredited School.

Teaching students different types of courses such as professional writing (writing for business:like how to write a cv-resume-employments letter- complaint letter- invitation letter-proposal- job offer letter...etc)
Teaching students business English that is a course of using English in the working environment. Enabling the students to conduct professional interviews, getting involved in meetings, taking minutes of meeting, how to conduct a business discussion in English to reach to a bargain. learn the necessary vocabulary for business environment. learn various techniques of how to make an appointment and cancel another and writes different types of selling and purchasing letters using the appropriate English to put all that in a professional business style
Teaching students a course of scientific research and academic papers including writing a proposal, out-line, thesis, explaining how to do different types of questionnaires, populations, samples and how to use and document references.

Teaching students writing, speaking, listening and speaking skills making use of all possible aspects and prospects of educational modules in order to take the students to a higher level in English.
