Managing Products & Services position and responsible for:
1- Develop strategy and marketing plan inline with company strategic objectives and in coordination with all other directions involved (ITN, TC, Fin, Content) for a division that is divided into two parts:
- Operator service enhancing the customer experience & usage
- B2B2C activities: Having third parties, and using Orange as a "pipe" to deliver their content to end users
2- Presented all offers to the GCEO and the Chief Officers board for each life cycle of the product
3- Manage the relationship with around 35 external VAS suppliers and build excellent relationship to steer revenue from 3rd parties
4- Develop new services, implement new solution, and animate actual ranges of P&S according to Orange's strategy
5- Develop and control products & Components (SIM Cards, Scratch Cards, e-top-up and Packaging) purchase
6- Team Management, development, training and motivation
Managing PAYG/ Hybrid offers and responsible for:
• Creation of new offers / promotions after studying the market needs, analyzing current behavior and forecasting its revenue impact
• Building business cases to assess the financial impact of the proposed offer / promotion
• Preparing quarterly and yearly forecast for the current and new offers
• Monitoring existing offers performance from all aspects such as base evolution, AMPU, ARPU, behavior and trends
• Providing the management with daily and monthly reports for offers status
• Preparing communication collaterals for new offers/ products
• Preparing training materials for internal trainings
• Coming up with new ideas to increase revenues and sales
• Providing the team with knowledge, methods and skills required for getting the job done
•Responsible of a team of 13 people (activation & Corporate services) who are in charge of: o Creating new corporate accounts & activating corporate lines
• Migrating lines from one rate plan to another
• Handling fleet managers calls, faxes & requests
• Generating reports upon request
• Setting objectives for the team in order to enhance & maintain a professional relationship with corporate customers
• Defining work methods & associated processes and procedures to reach the objectives
• Defining portfolios for the team members
• Coordinating with Sales on corporate accounts daily management
• Conducting regular corporate visits to Fleet Managers, to enhance corporate relationship
• Analyzing the complaints, any quality failure (credit notes) to solve the problems at the source
• Responsible of a team of 5 who are in charge of: o Activation of different types of contracts
o Migration from one rate plan to another (residential & corporate)
o Reception of contracts from distributors & own shops
o Preparing periodical reports about the activation activity
• Setting objectives and targets for the team
• Defining working methods & associated processes and procedures to reach the objectives
• In charge of collection for a portfolio of residential customers through: o Collection calls
• Sending auto dialers
• Suspension of the line
• Reconnection of disconnected lines upon payment
