Scope:
 Provide leadership and support of the procurement and payment process for furniture, fixtures, and equipment categories.  Use strong strategic sourcing skills to identify and develop new sources for the FF&E category.  Ensure timely delivery of products and services, and resolve vendor performance issues.  Responsible for all external supplier spend within their category area.  Direct responsibility for a portfolio of categories, sub-categories and supplier relationships which are complex and difficult to manage.  Accountable for the delivery of the sourcing activity including RFX, RFP, and negotiations and contracting to put in place the right suppliers and then manage supplier relationship and performance.  Develop and maintain effective procurement processes to support decisions by management. Manage the preparation of effective reports for various committee and leadership meetings.  Review queries and reports and raise issues regarding trends, financial expectations and strategic plan.  Utilize early warning system (analytical tools, etc.) to highlight critical concerns and take corrective action quickly.  Develop and maintain an effective, accurate and timely quote, order and payment process to support business operations.  Modify processes and procedures based on feedback and changing business needs; as well as, drive efficiency in the reporting, processes and procedures.  Identify and implement process improvement opportunities for tracking, controlling, and reporting on activities as needed.  Utilize analytical tools to highlight critical concerns, and summarize and present data to management, along with potential recommendations for improvement.

Receive customer inquiries and interpret customer specifications for technical proposals.
 Initial review and summarizing of the ITT package so that an initial Bid or No Bid decision can
be made.
 Apply process and product knowledge when preparing technical proposals.
 Prepare technical and commercial offers for projects in response to customer requests for
proposals in the Iraq Market under direction of the lead offer owner.
 Evaluate of the project risks.
 Develop "Best Cost" solutions to meet customer needs by Liaising between departments.
 Provide several pricing models to demonstrate how the price will change with different
options.
 Develop Bill-of-Materials, technical compliance and layout drawing in response to
specification.
 Prepare all offer documentation to support a bid for a project.
 Respond to customer questions and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
 Carry out regular proposal follow’s up using / updating and maintaining CRM program

 Support negotiations with customer by attending resultant calls for negotiations with the
customer and convert those opportunities into purchase order.
 Review Purchase Order and work with lead offer owner until it accurately reflects the offer.
 Prepare and submit order entry paperwork.
 Estimate how much time will be required to successfully finish the work and turn it over to
the client.
 Obtain feedback from projects for “lessons learned” to incorporate in future proposals.
 Give advises on installation guidelines & product troubleshooting.
