JOB DESCRIPTION
Specific duties include, but are not limited to :
• Maintains personnel records and student enrollment information.
• Hired and retained a staf of more than 75 highly qualified teachers and assistants.
• Assign tasks, lead staf meetings and organizes Monthly special events for the children and their families.
• Provides orientation and training for new staf regarding the operational procedures and policies of the program including Training the Old staf regarding the hygiene and safety system .
• Maintains a positive environment and daily interactions with children, families, and visitors.
• Provides support and training in developmentally appropriate practices to staf in the areas of classroom management and guidance, curriculum, parent-school relations and child development.
• Organized and implemented a play-based curriculum which emphasizes attention to individual interests, needs and the developmental level for children ages 1-5 years old.
• Uses electronic and social media to communicate with current and prospective families ( FACEBOOK - INSTGRAM - DROPBOX - SNAPCHAT )Models professional conduct to staf.
• Works as a classroom teacher during summer sessions to children age 2-5 year olds.
• Manage year-round admission process including student recruitment, orientation and registration procedures.
• Developed and implemented public relations strategy and marketing to ensure growth and success of preschool.
• Assume responsibility for the daily operational and administrative needs of the preschool.
• Hire, train, supervise staf and Assist teachers with setting and meeting progressive goals.
• Communicate with parents by explaining school's policies and admission procedures along with any issues relevant to individual child Independently plan annual school calendar including all holidays and activities .
• Manage school budget, tuition and student records.
• Designed and implemented lesson plans in accordance to each preschooler's individual needs.
• Assist in ensuring that preschoolers' needs for social, mental, cognitive and physical development are met constantly.
• Anticipates stafing needs and prepares stafing schedule to ensure the quality of the service provided.
• Provide mentoring and coaching to teachers and parents.
• Evaluates and documents staf job performance on weekly basis.
• Achievement of financial targets, applying rigorous, proactive cost Participate in committee meeting Plan activities in accordance with the policies and missions of the church and implement them efectively.
• Purchase classroom supplies and equipment for the preschool.
• Responsible building safety, CCTV, security and maintenance.
