Recruitment Unite:
Sourcing candidates using SABB database, Bayte.com, and Linkedin as pare business line requirement.
Phone Screening candidates to check their legibility (qualifications, skills) to evaluate them.
Posting jobs in SABB careers page.
Arranging interviews with the business line and candidates as well as attending interviews.
Worked on two Hiring Programmes, Clerical Trainee Programme (CLT), and Risk Officer Development Programme.
My tasks are including posting job add for the programme in SABB website, Bayt.com, and Likedin. Phone screening the applied candidates to explain them the programme, check their qualifications and interest to evaluate them. Sending online test to the suitable candidates. Arranging interviews time. Then completed the programme new joiner files.
Preparing job description to post it internally on the intranet (SABB Website).
Prepared Saudi Banks Statistic, it’s an analysis comprehensive excel sheet between all the banks in KSA for 2012, 2013, and 2014 as well as summary for the three years.
On Boarding Unite:
Preparing contract of employments.
Completing new joiner files
Certifying the new joiner requirement.
Issuing job offers.
