• Reconciliation of petty cash Lebanon and Jordan
• Reconciliation of all local suppliers in Beirut and Jordan and Syria
• Reconciliation of all shipping lines
• Compensation accounts between all companies
• Controlling inter billing invoices & local invoices
• Reconciliation of insurance accounts
• Prepare payments and checks for suppliers
• follow up with suppliers concerning supplier form and all needed documents
• preparing under billing reports
