Reporting directly to the Business Manager, I am accountable for delivering senior level recruitment services for clients across the Middle East covering Banking & Finance, Retail, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Construction & Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Wellness & Fitness, Transport & Logistics, Consulting, Entertainment, and Facilities Management
Actively developing business covering prospect clients within the assigned market in addition to nurturing existing client relationships
Conducting competency-based interviews to ensure candidate fit against client requirements
Advising clients on recruitment strategy which includes but is not limited to manpower planning and benchmarking, rewriting job descriptions, sourcing channels, and optimization of internal recruitment processes
Managing recruitment researchers and interns by setting clear KPI’s and providing them with the needed support to achieve project and business goals
Handling all office administrative duties including payroll processing, office finances & budget, office communications, vendor relationships, and training & onboarding new joiners

Awarded Top biller in 2019 billing 55% of the company’s overall revenue with 15 placements
Lead the implementation and integration process of an Applicant Tracking System (ZohoRecruit)
Successfully composed the social media strategy to bring Forefront forward digitally
Delivering senior level recruitment services in Banking and Finance, with frequent travel to Bahrain to establish and nurture prospect and existing client relationships
