- Prepare projects to improve attractiveness of Ferring as an employer.

D. Other
- Supervise data entry on the company's online data warehousing system, in addition to suggesting and implementing technical enhancements.
- Support and supervise the development of the company's iPad Territory Sale Management module, which is a tool to support the planning and execution of sales force activities, besides offering analysis on such. Train the sales force around the Middle East on using the tool, in addition to the principles of Territory Sales Management.
- Supervise the design and implementation of multiple digital solutions in the fields of Human Resources and Corporate Communication.
