Responsible for receiving and delivery of customer vehicles to
ensure service is provided in line with dealer policies and
procedures.
Coordinate and follow-up with workshop, parts and delivery
team and achieving set labour and spare parts targets as
required.
Effectively negotiate costs, be assertive on price packages and
manage customer expectations in a tactful manner.
Carry out forward planning for day to day jobs to deliver the set
service targets in compliance with policies and procedures
Work under minimal supervision and makes decisions regarding
discount offers as per authority matrix.
Manage complex issues, escalated complaints and higher
discounts in conjunction with the Line Manager.
Responsible for providing administrative support to the Line
Manager and the After Sales Service Team.
Interface across all BU divisions and the team to
communicate and gather relevant information, produce
reports, provide internal/external customer service and
facilitate smooth operations.
Responsible for performing administrative duties for Senior
to middle Manager to ensure smooth and efficient office
coordination.
Screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements,
preparing reports and maintaining office supplies.
