• Sales, Marketing and Application on Ophthalmic Diagnostic & treatment devices, Suppliers :
o Topcon ( OCT Triton, PASCAL & all diagnostic devices)
Responsible for installation of all requested devices.
Trained to give a full application training to the customer and assist the doctors, optometrist or Engineers until they are fully able to work on the device.
o Keeler ( A/B scan, Cryo & all hand held devices)
o Eye Tech Care ( Ultrasound Glaucoma treatment device)
Attending surgeries with the doctors to introduce and try new surgical Probes for evaluation & supporting Doctors during surgery.
• Providing Technical supervision when a customer complaints about a device to find a solution in the shortest time to ensure their surgeries and clinics don’t stop working.
• Demo devises campaign in coordination with different parties in private and governmental sectors leading to open new opportunities and win deals and tenders
• Collecting leads from the market to offer our customers the devices they need.
• Preparing technical specifications & Quotations for the equipment’s to participate in a public tenders or to be submitted to a private procurement department
• Sales, Marketing and Application on Ophthalmic Diagnostic & treatment devices.
• Full presentation on the equipment to the customers, Installation, application training to the end user & attending surgeries with the doctors.
• Working on different Suppliers:
o Oculus (Pentacam basic HR & AXL, Corvis, Visualfield & Biom)
o Heidelberg Engineering (Spectralis OCT+ HRA, Anterion)
o Lightmed (Truscan, Lightlas, Yag/SLT and CXL)
o Sonomed (A/b scan)
o Shin-nippon (all clinical diagnostic systems)
• Preparing Invoices, technical specifications & Quotations on ERP system
