Provision of vital administration support including typing correspondence and preparation of visa applications and work documentation for incoming visitors, providing an efficient service and therefore facilitating positive promotion of the organization b. Working on own initiative and as part of a team to provide a first class service at all times and communicating with other departments to ensure a good knowledge of company business
