•Liaise with the Communication Specialist in organizing events (internal and external). Provide suggestions and recommendations where needed in order to smoothly organize said events. Organizing events include tasks such as, but are not limited to, location selection, menu selection and drawing up the guest list and any other items that may be required.
•Represent Qatar Cool on prominent public relations forums and conferences.
•Handle all relations with the government for the Executive Management department office. Arrange meetings between Qatar Cool senior staff and related government institutions. Arrange all logistics involved for such meetings (e.g. purchasing and selection of gifts).
•Procure and research ideas for gifts. Ensure gifts comply with Qatar Cool standards (e.g. liaise with the BD Manager for colors, placement of logo etc). Ensure timely delivery of said gift items.
•Liaise with the Communication Specialist on the matters related to Qatar Cool Web Site.
•Prepare the budget for PR and CSR activities.
•Maintain regular communication with the senior management to stay updated on major project milestones that require media coverage
