• Preparing sales invoices after receiving and verifying purchase orders, posting them to
the accounts and recording the collection transaction .
• Preparing periodic reports, financial statements, customer and supplier balances, banks .
• Prepare a schedule of the ages of debtors and suppliers and submit it to the operations
manager .

 Recording the services providers payments and governmental and external parties transactions according to accountig standards and internal policies.
 Recording the fixed assets depreciations according to taxation regulations policies.
 Maintains general ledger, prepared a trial balance, adjusting entries for prepaids and accruals.
 Work on defining project budgets in the financial system and monitoring to ensure commitment to financial disbursement of projects in accordance with approved budgets.
 Reviewing project agreements

 Analyze and recording daily transactions related to revenue, expenses, in system.
 Prepared banks reconciliations.
 Prepared and coordinate tax returns and other tax documents.
 Handling the petty cash and its reconciling in accounts.
