• Preparation financial reportings, income statements, statement of financial position, statement of cash flow for the headquarter of the complex quartlly and annually, and set the consilidation statements for complex and its subsudaries.
• Participation with budget committe te set the budget for the complex as whole according to shedule.
• Authentications the complex accounts with its sister companies accounts.
• Manage accounts payables, recording the vendors invoices in accounting system after comfermity between the invoices and warehouse receipt orders.
• Recording the services providors payments and governmental and external parties transactions according to accountig standards and internal policies.
• Reconciliations the auditing observations, and providing the relevant informations for the auditors.
• Recording the fixed assets and quarterly depreciations according to taxation regulations policies.
• support quarterly end and annual closing expenses and revenues.
• Recording the banks cheques payments for purchases, expenses, and providing services.
• Recording the revenues receipts after matching the customers invoices and bank reciept order.
• Participation in the verification of physical checks of fixed assets.
• Recording journal entries for all general expenses and revenues transactions.
• Prepartion the banks reconciliation statement.
• Archiving the documentary cycle of accounts.
• Handling the petty cash and its reconciling in accounts.
