Coordinating problem solving resources with cross functional departments
Statistical process control (SPC) to maximize the material flow (site logistics / logistics) asset utilization and package/deliver low cost,
quality products.
Ensuring Envornment Health & Safety compliance to regulations and group standard
Lead and manage the onsite logistics and material handling team.
Engage and coordinate logistics with offsite resources.
Manage 2 million Dollar Logistics Budget
Manage three different warehouse Tuzla, Bursa, Çorlu
Manage and coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments of raw inventory
and finished goods, both domestic and international.
Global key user SAP WM module, MM- SD- PP modules expert user
Manage the storage and movement of material into and out of the production
warehouse.
Manage accurate inventory records and regular cycle counts.
Develop, install, and maintain warehousing and logistics infrastructure.
Train and maintain records of training and certifications for all logistics
staff.
Communicate shipment status to all related cross functional teams.
Development of factory warehouse operational plans, infrastructure
improvements, gap analysis, and KPI reporting
Responsible for on-going continuous improvement of process through Kaizen
principles
Identify Logistic process improvements throughout the transportation and
supply chain through critical thinking and analysis.
Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external
customers, including vendor/business partnerships
Develop business tools and solutions specific to the department or
organizational needs.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines for transportation operations.
Support internal and external units such as production management, production, quality control, Sales, purchasing and occupational safety.
Making competitive bidding with transportation companies every year ( based in Internet ), these competitive bidding reduce transportation expense every year
