Task Responsibilities:
Provide meaningful business and market intelligence required to shape contracting strategies for Drilling work-overs and FDP’s.
Define and implement coherent project contracting strategies that optimize costs and take account of risk management.
Support and advise technical drilling rig teams and operational units in devising contract specific tactics that limit the company’s exposures, mitigates risks and promotes value for money.
Produce high quality Invitation to Tender documentation.
Assist in the reviews of drilling scopes of work, contract terms and related documents.
Produce Bid Technical and commercial evaluations.
Conduct negotiations with national and international suppliers/service providers to minimize commercial risk exposure.
Monitor and ensure compliance to Client contract terms and conditions, including financial and execution, performance and deliverables.
Drive adoption of Contracts and Procurement best practice.
Provide information to allow Procurement department to prepare Tender Committee proposals.
Liaise with Rig Managers to ensure implementation of coherent category sourcing strategies.
Conclude and manage contracts.
Managing procurement and supply systems, procedures and policies.
Liase with Legal and Procurement to ensure adoption of Company’s contracts and Procurement policies and procedures.
Maintaining strict corporate governance and compliance.
Claims management and resolution for Drilling Contracts.
Ensure that all aspects of the operation are carried out in accordance with Incident Free directives and with constant emphasis on Health, Safety and Environment while adhering to applicable Company procedures and Governmental regulations / Legislations.
Studied Higher Secondary Course at AUPET Chinmaya Vidyalaya Higher Secondary School,Tirunelveli. Issued by The State Board of Tamil Nadu on March 2009 and has obtained First Class with 61%
Studied Secondary School Leaving Course at Rose Mary Matric Higher Secondary School, Tirunelveli. Mode of Education is Matriculation. Completion date is March 2007 with 72%.
