Orouba Misr is a real estate developer who has a track record of high end prestigious multiuse (Residential & Commercial) delivered projects, I will be responsible to establish and manage a new construction company to carry out the construction projects of the group and to take part in external tenders for residential commercial, infrastructure and industrial projects
Duties:
Create the company organization with all departments and responsibilities of each personnel
Establish the company procedures, work flow charts and forms to allow the company to receive the ISO 12001, 14001, 18001 certificates
Register the company in the Egyptian Federation for Construction & Building Contractors
Train own staff to upgrade their knowledge to match the international standards
Manage own company projects construction

Multi use project with Total Land Area 42, 000m2 and a TBUA 440, 000m2 including residential, commercial, retail, hotel buildings
2. Orouba Sharkeya project
Multi use project with Total Land Area 25, 000m2 and a TBUA 195, 000m2 including residential, commercial & retail buildings
3. Orouba Damanhour Mall
Retail Mall with TBUA 40, 000m2
1. Manage GAMA’s Contracting business commercial activities
2. GAMA Projects
• Provide commercial requirements for projects activities.
• Consolidate GAMA’s project budgets.
• Assistance with the development of all external requirements ie logistics, contracts, industry requirements
3. New business - provide the commercial input for all new GAMA business opportunities including new contracts by targeting new projects and clients & securing repeat business and maintaining an on-going relationship with customers.
4. Reporting
• Undertake all reporting functions to keep GAMA Management informed of progress to approved budgets.

• Managing Projects from the tender through to construction phase including allocating recourses, appointing/managing subcontractors, implementing best practice and advanced construction techniques, assuring the application of international codes, standards and quality along with HSE management.
• Coordination with Clients in terms of Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling projects budget in coordination with the respective project management standards
• Business development duties by targeting new projects and clients in KSA securing repeat business and maintaining an on-going relationship with customers.

1. Yanbu Export Refinery Project utilities Package SP4 (Yanbu-KSA) with Bonatti was the Main Contractor and Aramco the Client 15M U$D including Civil Works
2. Upgrade Security Facilities, Eastern / Central Region Bulk Plants Dhahran, Riyadh-KSA for Saudi Aramco Client. Value 16M U$D including Civil & Electromechanical Works
3. Studying of various tenders for public & private sector projects including Buildings, Hospitals, Universities, Residence compounds, Infrastructure projects, etc.
Esaco is a main contractor for turn key projects for Civil - Mechanical erection and Steel-Equipment fabrication through its fabrication work shops 1200 ton/month 100, 000m2 in Borg El Arab Alexandria, with a total manpower of 5000 personnel divided on the 3 disciplines including 250 Engineers.

Technip as main contractor, Foster Wheeler as Project Management and YANSAB (SABIC) as client for the construction of the new Olefins Project at YANSAB Petrochemical Complex in Yanbu KSA. The project budget is 900 million U$D. IT includes Equipment foundations, Under ground utilities (GRP up to 2700mm dia, RTR Bondstrand piping), Piping, Electric, instrument and telecommunication trenches and duct banks, Concrete precast and steel Pipe racks, Steel structure, Steel Shelters, Piping supports and platforms, Refractory, Fire proofing for steel structures and equipment, 2x500m2 Substation Buildings 3x500m2 Remote instrument buildings, 1x500m2 Satellite Maintenance Shop building.
My duties are:
Perform tasks related to field QA/QC activities including preparing and implementation of quality plan, work planning, supervision of field QA/QC staff, reporting of activities and interface with construction, subcontractors and client regarding QA/QC matters, Application of international codes and standards, Reviewing construction materials, method statements, project procedures, quality control plans and inspection test plans for approval, Maintain adequate records of activities. Perform inspections for civil activities.
Technip as main contractor and ARAMCO as client for the construction of the new DHT Diesel Hydrotreater Project and Sulfur recovery plant at Riyadh Refinery. The project budget is 260 million U$D.

Company, F.W.F Foster Wheeler France the main contractor for the Construction of Lube oil expansion project- El Mex- Alexandria in (AMOC Alexandria Mineral Oil Company) for Utilities package the project consists of Toluene and Propylene under ground storage facility, equipment and steel structure foundations, electric concrete & piping trenches, under ground installations, sewer pits, manholes, under ground and above ground pipe supports, ductile cast iron piping, building outside drain net works. Installation steel structure, platforms, pipe racks, gratings, handrail works, cladding, steps, & etc…

Company, ABB ALSTOM Power SWITZERLAND the main contractor for the construction of new combined cycle power plant extension 60 Mega Watt at El Ameria - Egyptian Petro Chemicals for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, instrumentation and erection works . The job consists of one turbine with auxiliaries +HRSG with CMI company+ equipments, pumps foundations, under ground elect cable and piping trenches and supports+ transformer diesel generator + Tie-in with the existing Plant.
