• Responsibilities involve co-ordinating with student counsellors and managing student applications
• Conducting research on courses and universities to match student requirements
• Consulting students and clients and analytically discussing future career plans
• Making calls and liasing with client schools and universities informing/inviting them to career fairs and other company events
• Assisting recruitment department with sourcing and using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
• Attending meetings and developing creative ideas for events and company services
• Visiting clients to build and develop relationships
• Organising event schedules and keeping track of event progress
• Following up on logistics and suppliers involved in company events to ensure smooth results
• Attending school fairs, gathering leads and updating database on all student information
