There are about 500 senior employees who have to do technical support for
them for any problems they face while they are using the Windows operating
system and any problems related to the Internet.
Three months training in Retail for software and hardware, I was working as a technical support
for the Retail Pro system and solving system problems in the system and VPN
I've worked in the Egyptian Telecom company "WE" for 2 months, in the sales team so I
have knowledge in systems and how to sell sim cards, and I used to surpass the target in
both months
I started to work in different offices to collect it to live in one internet network and control it through a main device and I do not have much experience because I am a recent graduate
Several projects have been completed at the Institute, such as the computerized instrument in the beginning, and then the System program of my own running playstation stores, a selling site for cameras and photographic supplies
