Responsible for channel development of dealer & Sub-distribution network
•Responsible for Set up dealer & sub-distribution network infrastructure for Chemicals, Mat, Anti Slip Tapes, ETC Business .Ensure smooth supply to achieve Coverage & productivity.
•Responsible for Sales & Business development with various corporate & institution also ensure coverage and productivity and regular follow-up for new business opportunity area.
•Man-power planning, training & development of team, target setting for team. Planning & monitoring team performance, consistently motivating the team to achieve the sales target by updating them with the sales figure & planning strategies to achieve them.
•Ensuring effective Display & Merchandising, products are visible in all the outlets that we service and comply with the visibility norms.
•Planning and executing in-store activities, and tracking customer feedback as per company defined format.
•Planning and executing in-store activities, brand level initiatives and budgeting.
•Impart training to the In-house Sales People for the Current & Upcoming product.
•Ensuring prompt and regular reporting of data to the company on competitor activity & brand building.
