5- Al-Badyah Company for Agriculture.
6- Al-Faqqasat Company.

- Representing the company and its affiliates Companies in Jordan in all legal matters.

National Poultry Company is a leading Jordanian Poultry Company that was established in 1994 and is registered at Amman Stock Exchange as a public shareholding company with a registered capital of JD 30, 000, 000.
National Poultry Company is a vertically integrated company that controls its production from breeder chicks and feed supply all the way up to the distribution of broiler chicken in the Jordanian market and to neighboring Arab countries.

Main Tasks:


- General advisory on legal aspects related to the project and assuring that the Company's interest are well preserved as per the contract and applicable laws and regulations;
- Follow up on all legal matters related to the project and to the Company's corporate requirements;
- Advise on, review, draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts such as Shareholders Agreements MOU's and all construction-related agreements which may include, Sub-contract Agreements, Supply Agreements, Off-Take Agreements, Employment Agreements, Lease Agreements, Procurement Contracts.
- Advise Company on Jordanian Laws including Companies Law, Competition Law, Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission’s regulations, etc…
- Draft and review Concession Agreements.
- Review and deliver presentations to executives, managers and other partners about compliance & legal programs.
- Review the project documents (REOA, CTA, SHA, etc…) and advice the company on related matters & compliance here with.
- Coordinating with external legal advisors (Local & Abroad).
- Work with the lenders and the Grantor on compliance and all related project matters

Main Tasks:

- Documentation of accomplishments in English and Arabic;
- Translation of official legal documents from English into Arabic and vice versa;
- Proof reading of official legal reports in Arabic and English; and
- Supporting project personnel in the MENA region to finalize various legal reports for the organization.

The main duties:

1- Negotiation of several Commercial agreements such as Bilateral Investment Treaties (BITs), Double Taxation Agreements and other Investment Cooperation Agreements.
2- Dealing with issues related to investment with a number of international organizations such as, OECD, WTO, WIPO, and ICSID.
3- Organize a promotion missions to the targeted countries
4- Carry out the lead generation process to identify target companies with potentials in keeping with JIB's needs and the priorities established for the country.
5- Proactive outreach activities to generate investors site visits to Jordan in target sectors and target markets through mail shots, cold calls, referrals and networking.
6- Represent the country's interests at forums for investors and conventions.
7- Periodically involved in press interviews and public relations activities abroad.
8- Carry out research and studies according to directorate needs and the country's priorities.
