- Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a complete explanation of service procedures and policies.
- Maintain good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
- Understand and comply with local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments.
- Train and motivate sales team by providing them with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership financing and extended service programs.
- Help sales associates and customers find financing options for purchases.
- Ensure that every vehicle sold is delivered.
- Responsible for all paperwork involved with the sale of the vehicle. This means obtaining customer signatures on all necessary forms.
- Review the figures that are presented by sales persons and use them when closing the deal with the customer.
- Ability to possess a strong negotiation and communication with customer
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, agencies and banks.
- Ability to explain financial concepts to non- financial team members & clients.
- Responsible of appropriate functioning of all financial process department and support staff to handle day to day accounting transactions.
- Control the inventory level
- Month end close
- Supervise and discuss the general accounting functions ( payables & receivable, cash & bank, payroll and Assets )
- Keep communicating with top management regarding control for expenses and income potentials.
- Work with all departments of the company in any directly or indirectly pertaining to expenses and finance.
- Handling financial inventory accounting and annual closing.
- Collaborate with client to assemble all necessary requirements for the project.
- Prepare financial statements and review invoices to make sure the project is on budget before passing along to the project manager for approval.
