Responsible for all documentation work related to the ministries which include Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI), Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI), Public Authority of Manpower (PAM), Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI), Ministry of Interior (MOI), Kuwait Fire Force (KFF) and others.

Responsibilities include:
- Preparation of all employee government related documents.
- Processing system documentation for Visa issuance, medical, fingerprint appointments, and other residency formalities.
- Processing residency renewals and updating absconding employees.
- Renewal of company licenses
- Updating the department for new ministry rules.
- Preparation of daily reports and monthly reports on completion activities.
- Maintaining and building relationship with ministry officials
