Implementing Quality Management system(QMS)
• Evaluation of Shop/IFC drawings and Material Technical Submittals, ensure compliance with project specifications.

• Verify and inspect the Lake work, Valve chambers and Plumbing work, ensure compliance.
• Witness hydrostatic pressure testing & flushing of irrigation lines.
• Inspect and ensure the calibrations of equipment and gauges and the welder certificate are valid.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation including checklists, inspection reports, and test certificates.
• Verify alignment, grouting, anchoring, and vibration isolation.

Designation: QA/QC Mechanical Engineer
-Lead Quality control inspections for various mechanical systems, including Medical Gas System,
HVAC, Fire fighting, and plumbing, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality
standards.
• Monitor & supervise the installation and testing of HVAC systems, including ductwork, Air handling
units, Fan coil unit (FCU), VAV, Chiller Piping network performing rigorous checks for system to
comply quality standards.
• Closely inspect the Medical Gas system, including the Medical gas piping network & Brazing, the
nitrogen testing of the pipe network and the plant equipment installation ensuring to maintain quality
standards and compliance with Health Technical Memorandum No. 02-01 (i.e. H.T.M. 02-01).
• Inspect the installation and testing of Fire fighting systems, including Fire piping network, pumps,
sprinklers, hydrants, ensuring functionality and compliance with NFPA standards.

• Supervise the installation and testing of HVAC systems, including ductwork, air handling units, performing

alarms, ensuring functionality and compliance with NFPA standards.
• Conduct detailed inspections and pressure testing for plumbing systems, including piping, valves, and
fittings, ensuring all installations are leak-free and compliant with project specifications and regulations.
• Supervise the installation and performance of water supply tanks, conducting leak tests and verifying
pump systems for optimal water pressure and flow.
