- Single point of contact for all project or operation related issues and concerns.
- Business hunting and strong support for sales team.
- Develop detailed and objective project plans and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for all assigned projects.
- Understanding customer requirements and developing detailed Statements of work (SoW’s) to ensure project success and closures.
- Coordinating and integrating activities across multiple, functional lines of business.

- Provide the global implementation management of the project planning and execution (time, quality, resource, communication, etc.)
- Supervise the survey processes (RNP, civil…).
- Implementation of 70 sites on 1 month civil work and 43 telecom sites in 3 weeks.

- Supervise and follow up all the project phases.
- Subcontractors and 3rd parities contracting.
- Follow up deployment of civil work for roof tops and green field.

- Customer interface from the kick-off meeting till the on air moment.
- Share in procurement process and subcontractors interviews.
- Local Team building from (7 members) and preparation of 2 rollout managers (one civil and one telecom).
- Knowledge transfer to the new team and back office to get the clue on our issues (ALU issues) in future projects.
- Building a quality Audit team from one international installer and 3 local candidates to insure the acceleration of site acceptance.
