To check the daily arrivals pick up sheet and allocation of drivers and update if any.
To go through the Hotel Over report and follow up accordingly.
To go through the arrival of all VIP & limo request for the day and ensure maximum satisfaction.
Selling and up sell of room to walk -in guest in a courteous and professional manner.
Have a wide knowledge of the entire activities-taking place within the hotel, F&B activities standards that we offer.
Production Sales Report to be checked on the daily basis and update accordingly .
To ensure that all guest are met and assisted upon arrival and given the highest level of professional services at all times and exceed their personal expectations with every detail in all aspect with a courteous and professional approach .
Before start your shift take all hand over from pervious shift.
Submit updated reports to the Security Manager.
Help the people if they require any assistance.
Make sure that all employees following the rules and policies of the company.
Make patrol of the whole property.
Assess customer representatives’ performances.
Perform documentation .
