Address and resolve student issues efficiently, working closely with supervisors to implement solutions. Maintain effective communication with parents to keep them informed about their childrens well-being and progress in the building.

Duties and Responsibilities: Overseeing students affairs and addressing their needs. Resolving student issues and fostering a peaceful environment for them. Provide supervision and oversight of student activities within the dormitory. Facilitate the orientation process for new students and parents, providing guidance throughout the dormitory. Enforce UOS-related procedures, including punctuality, dress code, code of conduct, visiting schedules, and health and safety regulations to ensure dormitory student safety.
