• Manage, apply and ensure adherence with Aramco and Baker Hughes HSE policies and procedures, and assist the contracted services to comply with the same.
• Promote, with the management, a safety culture within the workplace in accordance with the industry best practices.
• Lead / participate effectively in the site various HSE meetings, present safety data and statistics, communicate HSE alerts and lessons learnt, and discuss issues related to HSE with the crew.
• Perform, verify and follow up with site inspections as required. Ensure that all inspections are performed in accordance with Aramco and Baker Hughes requirements, and generate a Remedial Work Plan (RWP) for non-compliance.
• Monitor the work environment and watch out for the safety of all workers to protect them from entering hazardous situations, particularly during work performed under specific PTW requirements.
• Assist in coordinating operations on rig moves, and participate in rig move convoys. Confirm the validity personnel competency, rig move equipment and vehicles certificates.
• Report all incidents, accidents and near misses immediately and lead the investigation and analysis process. Compile incidents reports and communicate the investigation results as required.
• Verify that risk assessments are prepared properly, valid, implemented, communicated to all relevant individuals, and are reviewed and updated as required.
• Promote Safety Observation System and support contractor in administration as required. Ensure all observation data is captured, analysed to identify trends and behavioural understanding, and actions assigned where necessary. Recommend activities and changes to; promote Best Practice, eliminate or reduce actual and potential losses.
• Verify Permit to Work (PTW) system is implemented and followed by all crew, and perform PTW audits as required.
• Conduct site HSE inductions for all crew and visitors.
• Ensure all crew are certified as per Aramco and Baker Hughes training matrixes, and conduct refresher training as required.
• Verify site H2S and Fire contingency provisions are adequate and effective.
• Train and carry out emergency drills and exercises on how to manage all emergency situations.
• Verify that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use, and have valid documentations if required.
• Perform, suggest and follow up with HSE initiatives as required.
• Ensure that all HSE related documentations are completed, and updated as required.
• Ensure that all Remedial Work Plan (RWP) are SMART. Follow up, verify the closure and communicate them to all relevant parties.
• To develop Managers' awareness and ensure HSE is an integral part of Line Management responsibilities and objectives.
• To assist Line Management in:
- Understanding and Implementing the HSE Management System.
- Monitoring HSE objectives.
- Liaising with local contractors, and agencies regarding HSE.
- Assessing the local risks.
- Generating local HSE procedures, work instructions and checklists as required.
- Preparing and monitoring HSE plans that define how the HSE Management System is implemented at location level.
- Monitoring compliance to policies, standards and procedures.
- Plan and assist in compliance audits and self-audits (HSE MS, HSE and Product Line standards).
• To advise Management on corrective action required.
• To coordinate and actively participate in the screening and HSE training of all personnel, including contractors.
• To keep abreast of any new documentation and training material related to HSE and to inform management accordingly.
• To ensure that the relevant HSE documentation is updated and available on the site.
• To advise Management on the level of compliance of the local HSE program with Schlumberger, local and national requirements/regulations of the host country.
• To actively monitor & follow-up on HSE reports and facilitate LPT meetings, HSE audits.
• To support line management in investigations of failures and accidents.
• To develop and maintain a high level of awareness among all personnel through communications, training, and promoting active involvement of employees in HSE.
• To recommend improvements to the HSE program.
• Regular Quest reviews to ensure the logged data is correct and up to date.
• To analyze HSE trends for the location.

POSITION: Senior Trainer Assistant, Field Medical Unit Training Branch at Vinnell Arabia.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Coordinate and assist in efforts for the development of programs for the medical unit sustainment training and modernization program.
•Provides technical instruction and conducts exportable training programs as a part of a mobile training assistance team.
•Ensure maintenance of documentation and records concerning execution of statement of work requirements and contractor initiatives of training, coaching and assistance to MNG affecting branch activities.
•Coordinates with the chief trainer to identify and assist resolution of issues for training and training development actions.
•Assists the team chief in executing administrative and operational activities.
•Serves as point of contact for external training support for medical sustainment training program activities.
•Prepare and uses instructional and training support materials based on specific unit training requirements as necessary.
•Monitor effectiveness indicators related to the efficacy of the training program, and recommends courses of action to correct shortcomings or deficiencies.
