• Responsible for all rental and leasing activities at Manarat Al Saadiyat and manage its venues and spaces including gallery halls, conference venues, and outdoor spaces.
• Achieve a yearly revenue target by renting out the venues and leasing the spaces for various events such as art exhibitions, conferences, entertainment, pop-up events and F&B activations.
• Review content and all proposals for events, exhibitions, art installations and F&B concepts to ensure they are consistent with the site's criteria and DNA.
• Reach out to potential clients to host major events and future activations to maximize revenue and contribute to the yearly footfall target of the site.
• Secure collaboration opportunities with embassies, cultural and educational institutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new leasing and rental opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Negotiate, maximize profits, and close all lease and rental agreements.
• Set goals and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Oversee the planning, coordination and implementation of all operational/logistical aspects of a variety of events/exhibitions and work with clients and internal departments to deliver successful events.
• Demonstrate Amadeus IT's value proposition, sell products and services to travel agencies.
• Maintain and expand business within 120 assigned accounts including acquisition, retention, and development accounts.
• Contribute to achieve assigned sales target and increase Amadeus's market share in Abu Dhabi.
• Perform product demos as required and prepare product proposals.
• Build, develop and maintain structured relationships with decision- makers to meet customer satisfaction, sales goals and generate new business opportunities with prospects and existing customers.
• Negotiate and close all commercial agreements for current and prospective customers to maximize profit.
• Identify new leads, visit clients and update CRM on a daily basis.
• Prepare business cases and analyze cost-benefit ratios of incentives, products, and services.
• Monitor account performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Recommend products to customers, based on customer's needs and interests.
• Coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure that customer requests are handled appropriately.
