● Preparing legal documents appropriate for the trial or procedural requests for the court.
● Registration of cases on the legal system of Dubai courts and federal courts, as well as submitting
applications on the electronic system of the Public Prosecution.
● Legal representation for clients in attending court-appointed expert sessions.
● Lead, motivate and guide the team ensuring that its members fulfill the roles assigned to them, in
conjunction with skills/knowledge improvement of the team through shared learning.
● Ensure that work in the office is kept abreast of updates on laws in the UAE and judicial trends.

• Prepare the civil petitions, Commercial, Administrative, labor, the briefs personal status (Family cases).
• Prepare and draft company' contracts with its different types (Individuals, Establishments).
• Draft for all civil pleadings and criminal briefs.
• Prepare regulations and disciplinary for each company apart.
• Preparing correspondence, administrative forms and legal letters as a special form for each institution. Supervise administrative and legal affairs organization at commercial and legal entities.
• Presence experience sessions, discus the expert.
• Follow up Economic Departments, attend disputes sessions before refer the same to court.
• Execute all the civil, commercial, administrative, labor, personal status judgments- execution objection - appeal and different types of challenge.
• Refer to local and federal courts in UAE, police stations, and Rental Disputes Centers.

Reviewing the company's contracts with subcontracting companies, and other tasks that are predominantly administrative and supervising the affairs of employees and ensuring that the company's regulations are applied internally.
