Project: King Abdullah International Gardens (KAIG), Total Value 1.90 billion SR - Client; Riyadh Municipality - Consultant; DAR AL HANDASA - RIYADH - KSA
A- Senior Tendering Engineer
1. In addition to my responsibilities as a procurement manager, I was assigned to study government tenders like Al Qiddiya and King Salman Park (1 Billion SR).
2. Study the new items in the project, analyze them, and present them to the competent authority for approval (100 Million)
3. Study the lost items and replace them with profitable items through new specifications in variation order (45 Million).
B- Procurement Manager (Civil, Arch., Landscape, Hard cape)
RESPONSIBILITIES and ACHIEVEMENTS:
1. Negotiate, manage, and select the most suitable vendors who can supply high quality at a competitive price and short time.
2. Develop, implement, and drive procurement strategies, purchasing, and sourcing to meet cost savings targets.
3. Adopt appropriate supplier management methodologies and procurement strategies to secure better prices.
4. Set policies and guidelines for delivering commercial
5. Develop critical relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners
6. Create monthly performance reviews, reports, procurement flow charts, central follow-up, and central controlling sheet
7. Train the team on effective procurement processes and strategy & make financial and technical comparisons.
8. Follow up with suppliers and contractors after signing the contract to ensure their commitment to the site.
9. Preparing agreements, determining the subcontractors' work scope, and submitting approval.
11. Manage the preparation and submission for the supplier, subcontractor, and material-technical submittal.
12. Manage foreign correspondence and foreign purchases and follow the required documents.
13. Support the Cost Control Department with the related information to support the project Variation Orders
14. Manage the communications plan with the consultant, Vendors, and Subcontractors
15. Evaluating Suppliers and sub-contractors
16. Create, coordinate with the Planner, and Monitor the Procurement schedule
17. Ensure commercial, legal, and contractual compliance in all procurement transactions.
18. Attracting and approving international companies to work on the project in specialized items such as the ETFE system, fossil skeleton, and float sphere.
19. Obtain the maximum benefit and meet objectives related to cost, delivery, schedule, and quality

8-2- Finalize procurement and contracting processes for materials technical submittal, awarding of approved contractors and suppliers, and finalize all agreements and POs.
8-3- Manage the arrangement of materials documents, and contracts before the project Handover to the client.
8-4- Submitting and approving variation orders from the client by the value of 25 million SR 8-5- Handover of the project without any delay penalty.
PROJECT; BIN SAYDAN Head Office Building; Project total Value 130 Million SR.
The Project is a commercial building consisting of 2 basements, and seven floors, including a high architectural dome above the roof, a turnkey project, with a duration of 35 months, an amount of 130 Million SR, and a covered area of 15, 200 m2. managing a team of 260 employees.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
1. The project was successful and profitable. Hand over the project in the planned time schedule.
2. Get approval from the client for variation orders of more than (15, 000, 000)
3. Execute the project within the approved budget and high quality.

- RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS:
1- Smooth requests for inspection and smooth consultant approvals due to site engineering power.
2- Responsible and followed a team of 80 manpower, including subcontractors and suppliers, and a Site engineer for 25% of the project; (receiver buildings& radar building and External works of rabcon building). following civil work, Arct. Work, and external work.
3- Hand over the sites without any delay and high quality with fewer snags list. 4- There is no waste of materials or resources and a little fewer problems during execution.
5- Due to the power and strong site management success that could manage the schedule, cost, and quality of the sites, including following and controlling productivity.
