• Administrating 15 site including four sites at Iraq and two sites at Dubai and all of them are included in a domain and child domains and all are connected to each other by MPLS, leased lines and VPN connections and include clustered Exchange servers, ISA servers, MOM servers, SQL servers, SMS servers, …, etc
Significant Milestones:
• Connecting more sites to the available WAN using Service Providers' MPLS within Egypt
• Implementing Tunnels through main routers to make backup lines switches automatically if main communication lines fail (because of MPLS nature, we had to switch lines manually back then).
• Implementing Dynamic routing protocol (EIGRP) to enable dynamic routing through branches.
• Managing & supervising the HW and SW upgrade & patch management and access control (managing user accounts, firewalls and VPNs) through the network.
• Connecting four sites Iraqi/Erbil branches through VPN site-to-site to Al-Mansour existing WAN via VSAT connections.
• Connecting UAE/Dubai branches through VPN site-to-site to Almansour existing WAN.
• Install and configure two child domains at Iraq and Dubai branches and also install ISA servers in these branches.
