Monitoring on-site progress of electrical works on a daily basis to ensure compliance with the planned schedule, through actual logging of daily work
Oversee Daily Reports are being submitted and conduct periodic field verifications of electrical works on their accuracy
Familiarize with MEP drawings, specifications, schedules and budgets
Oversee the implementation of the contractor's QA/QC and Safety Management Plans.
Monitor the electrical contractor's deployment of manpower, skilled tradesman and equipment on site
Monitor the electrical contractor's labor productivity rates and initiate corrective measures when necessary
Monitor the electrical contractor's material procurement and delivery activities, particularly for long lead electrical equipment
Monitor the electrical engineering submittal / review activities and assist to expedite the approval process
Monitor the supervision consultant's performance on the timely inspection of electrical works and adherence to quality control procedures and requirements
Monitor the coordination of electrical submittals and shop drawings with associated MEP services and civil works
Review field conflicts and issues associated with other MEP installations, and assist in developing timely resolutions
Follow up for resolution of NCR's related to electrical works
Oversee the activities of the electrical contractor associated with submissions and approvals from local authorities
Assist in the preparation of the PM monthly report and special reports on electrical works as necessary
Assist in the review of electrical contractor's payment application in respect of approved works completed and materials delivered on site
Monitor the site inspection activities of electrical works including handover and close-out operation
