Duties
• Coordinate with third parties, i.e., SCECO, MARAFIQ or other public agencies for review of materials, approval and compliance with their standards.
• preparing all electrical materials samples for approving according to project time plan .
• Dealing with suppliers to supply material according to approved samples according to project time plan.
• Liaising with and monitoring third party contractors.
• follow up with the client the project requirement
• Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentations to managers and clients.
• supervising the installation of electrical works according to approved drawings as per international and local standards as underground cables installation, transformers, rmu, main and sub main distribution boards, lighting and power installation, low current works, etc.
• design and prepare shop drawings of medium voltage (only Tie), low voltage (lighting layouts, power layouts, load schedule, single line diagram, main distribution boards, etc.), building security systems, access control systems, cctv, fire alarm systems, telephone and data systems.
• make periodic Counting for electrical work in the project plus to Forecast Actual counting comparing by contract Qty's, and prepare as built drawings.
• Final delivery and rectification if found to client

A. Technical Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all the power systems (AC & DC) in the GSM sites, making PM (preventive maintenance), CM (corrective maintenance),
• Installation, testing, operation & maintenance Rectifier and Battery.
• Installation, testing of grounding for shelter and tower.
• Acceptance & Rectification for new sites.
• Troubleshoot, maintain and install A/C in the sites (window type).
• Familiar with power generator problems.
In addition to excellent experience as Communication engineer.
B. Administration and Management Responsibilities:
• Team Leader of SEBHA Office (include 55 sites).
• Make verbal & written reports of technical and non-technical site problems defects.
• Monitor & analyze corrective maintenance history of sites to eliminate repetitive alarms and improve site performance & network availability.
• Update site file with all relevant information and use the site file as a reference
prior to performing a PM or CM action.
• Follow up all the technical procedures issued by the operations manager and Provide recommendations when necessary.
