- Assign project tasks and develop application deliverables for Oracle HRMS: HR Core, Payroll, Self-Service, iRecruitment, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Oracle Learning Management (OLM) and Performance Management.
- Develop ERP projects Implementation documentation using Oracle AIM Methodology.
- Completing project deliverables using the Oracle Application Implementation Methodology - AIM (prepared project deliverables in both English and Arabic).
- Conducting presentations and Live Demos for clarifying and resolving any issues the customer may have regarding the Application or as pre-sales activities.
- Developing relevant detailed documents and following up with the customer for completing the deliverables approval.
- Preparing project plans for implementation of the HRMS modules and arranging with the other track team like financials and Supply Chain their plans and discuss the consolidation and dependencies.
