- Conducting presentations and Live Demos for clarifying and resolving any issues the customer may have regarding the Application or as pre-sales activities.
- Developing relevant detailed documents and following up with the customer for completing the deliverables approval.
- Preparing project plans for implementation of the HRMS modules and arranging with the other track team like financials and Supply Chain their plans and discuss the consolidation and dependencies.
- Conducting end user training sessions to system users.
- Supporting the end users during the testing phase.
- Providing required support to the customer.
