•Check on the gowning according to the SOP,
•Check on Temp., RH and ΔP at classified production areas,
•Follow up the preparation process including weight check raw and packaging
material,
•Follow up the product from preparation to finished product,
•Sampling of products between every production steps and sent samples for QC
department accompanied by analysis request. Review batches and delivered to
the documentation,
•Monitoring the manufacturing process start from dispensing of raw material,
formulation, filling and packaging,
•Performing, checking, and evaluated critical test and checks to assure product
quality,
•Tracking and trending result, investigation, and complaints,
•Review batch record for completeness, correctness and compliance of IPC,
•Performing pre and post-production quality check and providing related reports
accordingly,
•Ensuring compliance of plant condition (Humidity-temp...etc.) with set
guidelines,
•Checking machine conformity to standards as well as ensuring periodic
maintenance implementation.
Calibration of Balances (Electronic - mechanical - Moisture),
•Calibration of Glassware, Burette, Pipettes, micropipettes,
•Calibration of Pressure gauges and vacuum gauges,
•Calibration of standard weights from different classes (1 mg :20 Kg)
•Calibration of Centrifuge, pH meter, Spectrophotometer, Conductivity meter,
TDS meter,
•Helped in assuring the performance of devices of different facilities like Ministry
of Health, Faragalla, etc..
•Wrote +200 calibration reports (including calculation of uncertainty),
