Safety Consultant at the Australian University, Technical Training Center Project in the National Guard
Occupational safety and health Consultant at the Australian University, Kuwait National Guard Training Center Project
• Full supervision of the project in terms of HSE and logistics at (Sabah Al-Salem University City) .
• Conduct interviews for HSE Staff accreditation for Consultant and contractors at (Sabah Al-Salem University City)
• Daily following up the HSE plan for each Site at (Sabah Al-Salem University City).
• Attend weekly Health, Safety and Environment meeting for each site to obtain updates, developments, and find appropriate solutions to problems.
• Coordination between the project managements and KFD as well as conduct the
periodic meeting for fire prevention and fire mock drills.
• Full supervision of the (Sabah Al-Salem University City) gates and campus as well.
• Responsible for gate Passes of (Persons/Materials/Vehicles) Entry and exit.
1- Supervise the site and implement all aspects of occupational safety in accordance with the requirements of the contract and safety plan.

• Ensuring safe operation of radiography of boiler tubes, etc., during shut down.
• Coordination with the client & company Management of safety issues.
• Ensuring safe entry in to confined space like Boiler, Furnace, Oil Tank and Distillation box.
• Ensuring housekeeping of the plant and maintain hygiene.
• Conducting monthly safety review meeting with section head.
• Inspection of all fire fighting equipment, fire fighting pumps, sprinkler system, foam system and detectors.
• Routine inspection and ensuring maintenance for firefighting pumps, hydrants, valves, hose reels and nozzles.
• Inspection of all types of portable fire extinguisher and refilling or maintenance for the same if required.
• Ensuring required safety arrangement before start of maintenance work.
• Inspection, distribution and maintenance optimum inventory of PPE’s for all employees.
• Inspection and installation of safety and traffic signs inside plant.
• Investigation and preparing report for any accident / incident happened inside plant.
• Ensuring Daily Tool Box meeting by Job supervisor and preparation of safety .performance reports.
• Preparation of job safety analysis for the critical job, erection and excavation plan.
• Ensuring strict implementation of permit to work system on site and work permit clarification and correction if any.
• Conducting safety induction training for new employees before their installation on site and safety refresher training for existing employees.
• Find out the unsafe act / condition on site by careful inspection
• Ensuring safety passing of all the vehicles and equipments.
• Ensuring the availability of third party certificate for crane and other lifting equipments and checking condition of sling, shackles wire ropes and man baskets, etc.,
• Ensuring proper housekeeping and clear access to emergency exit.
• Preparation and submission the monthly safety report and environment report.
• Attending monthly safety meeting with clients.
• Prepare reports on any violations or unsafe practices in the field.
• Follow-up of work permit system in the field and plan/coordinate the works with Engineers/ Supervisors in a safe manner.

i was responsible for conducting tool box meeting, conducting safety induction program, inspect all types of equipments, following work at height, confind space, ..... investigate any accident and conducting all safety documents.
