Job Description: • Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by compiling information and utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures.
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
• Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve accounting issues.
• Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
• Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company automated financial systems.
• Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
• Analyze and review Sales budgets
• Responsible for banking and credit card reconciliations between the sales transactions made on the POS and the collecting transactions and follow the pending and the double swap transactions and responsible for the charge back transactions.
• Preparing and controlling CAPEX form for all FA and comparing with budget
• Classification FA, Preparing and recording FA cards
• Preparing & updating FA Register on monthly biases .

• Preparing orchards revenue statements and asses sales expense and distribute it to each cost center then preparing journal entries.
• Evaluate cost rate of each cost center and compare it with another cost centers in same and different periods witch present to chief accountant.
• Participate in preparing financial statement for each customer at medial of the each year which is containing the payment, revenue and cost for each orchards and casuarinas tree. Then making adjustment and closing entries.
• Participation statement of financial position at end of the year.
• Follow up, auditing and updating some suppliers' contracts and payment due.
